ABOUT US

There is a conversation happening in financial markets about your clients. You are not part of it. Yet.

For years, financial markets and antitrust law have operated in parallel. Lawyers on one side. Analysts and investors on the other. Both looking at the same companies. Neither talking to the other.

We bridge the two worlds. We connect antitrust and financial markets.

The Story

I spent several years at Bloomberg Intelligence providing financial and antitrust intelligence to institutional investors. I watched how they used legal developments to make investment decisions. I watched how they read financial documents, earnings calls, investor reports.

And I kept thinking the same thing: lawyers have no idea this information exists. And they have no idea what they could do with it.

What Financial Markets Reveal

How a company is financially incentivised to behave. How an antitrust decision or a market study hits their bottom line in practice. Which companies are under enough financial pressure that they are going to need legal advice, whether they know it yet or not.

That is information every in-house lawyer wants. Every CEO wants. And very few competition lawyers can give.

What We Do

We investigate financial markets. We connect what we find to antitrust developments. And we identify the companies that need legal advice because of what is happening in their finances, before anyone else sees it.

Then we give that intelligence to you.
